Project Manager (JAPANESE ACCOUNT)

Responsibilities:
• Define the various execution strategies in terms of project execution work; including project scope, timing, costs, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurements and integration.
• Execute the project from the first design phase up to completion and develop the schedule by identifying all tasks.
• Manage the full program life cycle from conception to completion, including project planning, project monitoring, tracking and status reporting, and post project reviews.
• Ensuring that program work and project management methodologies used conform to all company standards and procedures.
• Innovative and creative thinking is a must in order to be able to execute a project smoothly. In addition to that, the capability to make judgments and decisions quickly is essential, especially when contradicting information is available.
• Ability to multi-task and manage risk, issue and scope changes for the projects and escalations as required.
• Display a positive attitude to client and provide management reports on project progress.

Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of working experience as sales manager/project engineer in the field of IT or related computer engineering fields.
• Be familiar with call center industry.
• Strong skills in communication and problem-solving.
• Excellent presentation skills, meeting facilitation, and demonstrated capacity for project leadership.
• Native Japanese; proficient in English writing.
• Station in Shanghai.
