Executive Search

1.Business development to source for potential clients and business/hiring needs
2.Service contract negotiation
3.Relationship building, account management and understanding client requirements
4.Plan strategy and set direction for project delivery/search
5.Project delivery and management
6.Research on companies, candidates and invite potential candidates for interviews
7.Conduct interviews to shortlist suitable candidates
8.Prepare profile for shortlisted candidate to present to client
9.Coordinate client interviews
10.Manage candidates and clients effectively for successful case closures
11.Post-closure follow-up
