Our client is looking for a Research Associate (Japanese National), for Financial Recruitment

• Compiling information and data verification from primary and secondary sources
• Research support for consultants
• Cold-calling to gather new candidates from headhunting calls
• Registration, processing, data coding and inputting of candidate information into the database
• Regularly update and contact candidates from the existing database
• Sourcing and selecting potential candidates for Consultants to process
• Financial industry background preferred
• University degree
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Cold calling experience would be an advantage
• Results orientated, patient and cheerful personality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Native Japanese (only)
• Fluent in English
